Jabel’s die striking process is used to create both the mounting, or ring portion, as well as the head, or stone setting. The compression process makes the metal more dense, adding strength and durability to the metal. First, the gold is die struck to compress the metal into the desired shape. When the desired thickness is reached, the gold sheets move through a series of steps.

The heating process is critical to keeping the metal soft and malleable, which eliminates cracking and allows the metal to retain its strength and integrity. Next, the metal bars are repeatedly heated and rolled, allowing the gold to be thinned to a sheet of specified thickness, without affecting the malleable qualities of the gold.

First, a careful blend of precious metals are alloyed together to form lustrous gold bars, which are equally beautiful, strong, and malleable.
